REIKI
Reiki is a natural non-invasive healing modality that enhances the balance of your body, mind and spirit by allowing you to reconnect with the energy of your inner self. Reiki is an amazing way to manage any physical or emotional pain while also helping to ease anxiety, stress, and PTSD. It is a wonderful mental wellness tool.

REIKI – Distance Session
This session is done long distance. Client must be resting or relaxing at the time of session.

Reiki for pets
Pets love Reiki also! I have done Reiki on dogs, cats, horses, birds. It is very calming and great for stress, anxiety and physical pain. I can do sessions in person (at your location) or remote.

Chakra Evaluation and Alignment
The Chakra system functions as a conduit through which divine energy passes into the spiritual and physical body. Without these energy portals, you would cease to exist. An imprint of every important or emotionally significant event you have experienced is recorded in your chakra energy and affects the chakra positively or negatively depending on the emotion. Each chakra influences the organs, muscles, ligaments, veins, and other systems within its area of activity and they are strongly involved with your moods, personality, and overall health. Your physical and psychological evolution as well as your spiritual journey are all reflected in your chakras. There are nine major chakras within each of us, that we work on with this session, they are arranged vertically from the feet to the top of the head, connecting through the vertical center of our body at the spine. In addition to the nerve ganglia, they also correspond to glands in the endocrine system, and various bodily processes, such as breathing, digesting or procreating. Psychologically, the chakras correspond to major areas of our lives (from bottom to top): grounding, survival, pleasure, power, love, service, communication, imagination and spirituality. Chakras can be energetically ‘excessive’ or ‘deficient.’ This is sometimes described as ‘blocked’. As you learn more about the chakras you can see that it is very important to balance the chakra system. This session is very powerful in helping the chakra system become balanced. It goes many layers deep into that system, from conception, to growing in the womb, birth, childhood and into adulthood.

ThetaHealing
ThetaHealing® fits into the mind/body therapies as a complementary or alternative health modality. It is therapeutic and aims to assist with physical, spiritual and emotional wellbeing. ThetaHealing is not a replacement for conventional medical treatment, but rather is supplementary to it.
ThetaHealing® was designed by Vianna Stibal as a therapeutic self-help guide to develop the ability to change on all levels: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually using the Creator of all That Is. ThetaHealing® is best known for the Belief and Feeling Work on all four levels; Core, Gene, History, and Soul. With growing scientific evidence that toxic emotion can contribute to disease and the awareness that emotions, feelings and the power of thought have a direct bearing upon our physical health, there is increasing interest in changing how the mind influences the body to create optimum health. Aromatic Space Clearing
Starting at $100 · Duration varies
Feeling like you need to freshen up the energy in your home or office? I use essential oils, palo santo wood and Reiki energy to clear and refresh the energy. Space clearing is great to do every season, or if you are moving to a new home or office. It will clear out negative or stagnant energy or the energy of previous occupants and bring in fresh new energy that will feel great! Cost is $100-$150 depending on how large your space is.

This package is catered to your needs. You get 4 One Hour sessions of Holistic Coaching. May include energy work including Reiki, ThetaHealing, Chakra work, Freedom Release Method, etc. I will customize a package that will address whatever your needs are (anxiety, PTSD, stress, physical or emotional pain, mind chatter, clarity, etc.) 1st Session will be Approx. 90 minutes to assess your needs. CHALK THERAPY WORKSHOP
Art and Crafting are a great therapy! Gather a few friends and lets chalk together! There are many projects to do in a workshop. Creativity is a perfect way to destress. You don’t have to be artistic or crafty to try it, just relax and have fun is all that’s required. We use silk screen transfers and different crafting & chalk painting techniques to create a project.
$25 – 45 per person depending on project and supplies.

CLASSES
Reiki I Class
In Reiki I you will get your first attunement, learn the history of Reiki, the hand positions & how to do Reiki on yourself & others. Reiki is an amazing modality to learn for self healing and helping others, it helps heal on a physi-cal, mental and emotional level, calming anxiety, stress, pain and bringing inner peace. Each class is limited to 6 students.
Investment – $150
Reiki II Class
In Reiki II you will receive your second attunement, learn symbols, long distance sessions, etc. It is required that you have Reiki I attunement before you take this class. Class limit is 6 students
Investment – $200
Reiki III/Master Class
In Reiki III/Master Class you will receive your third & Master attune-ments, learn symbols, how to do attunements, etc. It is required that you have Reiki I & II attunement before you take this class. If you are not a previous student of mine please bring proof of Level I & II. Class limit is 6 students.
